Our plants are strategically positioned
for cost-effective manufacturing and delivery to sites across
North America, and our Manitowoc facility provides ocean access
for worldwide service. As we implement our aggressive expansion plan, efficiency
and value for our customers will be primary considerations in our site location decisions.

Manitowoc, Wis.
Our Manitowoc plant is on a 46-acres peninsula surrounded by the Manitowoc River, a deep-water
shipping channel that is a direct conduit to the Atlantic via Lake Michigan and the St. Lawrence Seaway.
The property allows barge access for loading and offloading raw materials, towers, turbines, blades,
monopiles and other large structures. In addition, a dedicated spur line provides direct rail access. Contact

Sioux Falls, S.D. and Abilene, Texas

In May 2008, the Broadwind Energy Board of Directors approved construction of Tower Tech Systems manufacturing
plants in Sioux Falls, S.D. and Abilene, Texas. These will be the only plants of their kind in North America, designed specifically as one-piece flow plants for lean and efficient wind turbine tower manufacturing. The design will minimize material handling and ensure efficient material storage, staging and inventory control.

The plants will have 120,000 square feet of production space, 20 acres of section storage space and
access to rail and road shipping and receiving. The annual production capacity of each
plant will be 150 towers. Construction is slated to begin on both plants late in the
second quarter of 2008. Tower Tech expects to take our first delivery of
materials at the plants in the first quarter and make our first
shipments of tower sections in the second quarter of 2009.
